Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, return undamaged for a full refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items from the ‘firewood’ table at the London show cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
I will exchange instruments for up to two years for another from the stand at exhibition, or by visiting the workshop.
